Getting Started
Karma Clouds helps Business owners collect customer Feedback through QR codes and a branded Feedback Page.
What you need
- A Karma Clouds account
- At least one Business
- A printed or displayed QR Code for your primary Feedback Point
First steps
After you sign in, create your first Business from the Businesses list. Karma Clouds automatically creates a default Feedback Point for that Business so you can generate a QR Code right away.
From there, open the QR Code tab to download or print your code, and visit the Feedback Page tab to customize how customers see your Business when they scan it.
