Creating a Business

A Business is the top-level workspace in Karma Clouds. Each Business has its own Feedback Points, QR Codes, Feedback Page styling, and Settings.

Add a Business

1. Open Businesses from the dashboard sidebar switcher or go to /dashboard/businesses.
2. Click Add Business.
3. Enter a name and optionally upload a logo.

Karma Clouds creates a default Feedback Point for the new Business automatically.

Logo

Upload a logo in Settings for the Business. The logo appears on:

• The QR Code tab
• The Business list
• The sidebar Business switcher
• Your public Feedback Page (when configured)

Notification email

By default, Feedback notifications go to your account email. You can change this in Settings under Notifications if you want alerts sent to a different address.

Rename or archive

Use Settings to rename your Business or archive it. Archived Businesses are hidden from the dashboard and no longer accept new Feedback.
